Pathways Community Services, LLC. is a home, school, and community based service provider offering Behavioral Health and Rehabilitative Services to children and adolescents in eastern Pennsylvania.
Our child centered and family focused services are provided in the least restrictive manner, to assist your child or adolescent in reaching his or her goals. We do this by providing qualified, professional and friendly support staff focused on the best treatment and clinical outcomes for our consumers. Referrals can be self-initiated or come from schools and other community providers.
Our team will use a collaborative approach to treatment, by working closely with your school, primary care physician, other medical professionals, and any other agencies involved with your child.
Serves the families that we work with and is a collaborative process of assessment, planning, care coordination, and evaluation to meet an individual’s and family’s comprehensive health needs. We do this by communicating available resources to promote quality outcomes.
Works directly with your child under the supervision of a Master’s level therapist. This professional focuses on your child’s ability to build skills related to increasing social engagement, independent living, and positive interactions with others. We achieve this by providing intensive 1:1 behavioral interventions.
Works directly with parents, teachers, and other team members to use Applied Behavior Analysis and behavioral interventions in teaching your child the skills needed to be successful and reach his or her individual goals. We achieve this by providing the initial and on-going support and consultation needed throughout treatment.
Works with the child and family to provide individual or family counseling as needed. The Mobile Therapist assists in promoting the independence of the family by addressing mental health needs and/or managing behavioral excesses. We do this by coordinating care with all team members.

If services are found medically necessary they will be paid for by Medical Assistance. If your son/daughter does not currently have Medical Assistance, a Case Manager can assist you in the application process regardless of your family’s income. We also accept most major private insurances. Please call one of our locations for assistance.
