Dr. Abdul-Malik Muhammad has over 25 years serving both youth and adults as a teacher, Principal, Campus President, Executive and State Director, and Vice President. Always working with the underserved in urban and rural areas, he is currently the Vice President of Operations for Pathways Human Services. In this role, he supports and oversees educational, mental health, and human services operations in 6 states across the US. Through this work, he is continuing to diligently work towards “transforming lives, one community at a time.”
He has a BA in International Affairs from Franklin & Marshall College, an MA in Educational Leadership from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland, and an Ed.D in Educational Leadership from the University of Delaware.
Jill Bainbridge is theVice President of Behavioral Health Services with The ReDCo Group and Pathways by Molina, providing mental health services to individuals receiving government assistance, through empowerment and recovery oriented service provision. She believes that mental health services should be approached through a holistic model in which we develop an understanding of the person using their own words and goals in order to provide the most effective treatment in collaboration with service recipients. Jill has worked with The ReDCo Group for over 10 years and expanded recovery focused services including a robust Certified Peer Support Program and two Decision Support Centers. Throughout the 10 years, she has also initiated the expansion of Tele-psychiatry services throughout the Mental Health outpatient programs to improve access to care across a six rural county region in Pennsylvania, serving over 2500 clients per year through the service. She has also recently launched a Pilot project to bring Tele-Mental Health services to a rural northern county in Pennsylvania that would otherwise not have access to mental health services.Jill has over 13 years of experience in the field and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavioral Sciences from Penn State University and a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from Temple University.

I began my Career now spanning 40 years holding several positions in federally funded employment and training programs for youth, adults and seniors. A number of those years included the administration of an adult vocational training school followed by a number of years overseeing geriatric services including the administration of a number of senior activity centers, two senior adult day programs and providing in-home nurse’s aides and homemaker services for the elderly.
For the past 20 years I have been working in the fields of risk management and compliance and currently oversee a team of professionals who monitor the services provided by all PA Pathways companies for compliance with Federal, State, and managed care payer regulations. I also currently serve as Pennsylvania’sSenior State Privacy Officer.
Interests include hunting, upkeep of my classic car, home and yard projects, and touring on my Harley Davidson.
Veronica Hill-Milbourne is the Chief Executive Officer of Pathways of Pennsylvania. In this capacity, Veronica is responsible for the strategic direction of the organization and operational oversight of the executive leadership team. Veronica is a healthcare executive with over twenty-five years of diverse experience in corporate strategic planning, operations, managed care, government relations, continuous quality improvement, compliance, home and community-based program development. Some of the strategic programs that Veronica has led include long term support services, behavioral health, autism and treatment programs for consumers with specialized diagnosis and acquired brain injuries.
Prior to joining Pathways, Veronica served as the Senior Vice President for Medical Services for the Health Transformation Alliance based in Washington, DC. Where she was responsible for developing medical provider networks across the country for self-insured fortune 500 companies
Veronica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Villanova University, a Master’s degree in Health Education from Saint Joseph’s University and Juris Doctorate degree from the Temple University School of Law
Melissa Woznicki-Marshall is the Senior Vice President of AdministrativeOperations for Pathways of Pennsylvania. Melissa is responsible for leadership development,;business growth, outcomes, and expansion efforts,; policy development,;and the operational oversightandof collaboration with our many business partners. Melissa has been with the company for more than seventeen years,working in both a clinical and administrative capacity.
Melissa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychologyand a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Penn State University. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Specialist.
Melissa resides in Schuylkill County with her two children.
Leonard Bolinsky joined the Pathways Family in May 2004, as part of the Providence Community Services (formerly known as the Pottsville Behavioral Counseling acquisition). As PA Controller, he is responsible for the oversight of accounting functions, as well as financial analysis for all of Pathways of Pennsylvania.
Leonard Bolinsky has worked exclusively in the healthcare space, with over 23 years of accounting experience, including two years in a hospital setting. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Lebanon Valley College. Mr. Bolinsky is married with two children, and likes to spend his free time traveling and participating in sports-related activities with his family.
